By booking a session or purchasing any service from Marta Luxor Astrology, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Marta Luxor Astrology provides astrological consultations and related services for personal and business insight. All sessions are intended for informational and guidance purposes only.
2. No Guarantees
Astrological guidance is based on interpretation and analysis. Results may vary, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results following any consultation. Marta Luxor Astrology is not liable for any decisions made based on the information provided.
4. Bookings and Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
6. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable, except in cases where Marta Luxor Astrology cancels the session and no alternative time is agreed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
7. Confidentiality
All client information and session content are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, including written content and visual astrological drawings, remain the intellectual property of Marta Luxor Astrology and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Marta Luxor Astrology is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or outcome resulting from the use of its services.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
