Refund Policy

All sessions and services offered by Marta Luxo Astrology are non-refundable once booked.

Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and the session will be considered used.
 

If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is forfeited and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

In the unlikely event that Marta Luxor Astrology needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
